The Cape Argus Pick n Pay Cycle Tour is a premier sporting and social event in South Africa that attracts a variety of participants from around the country and beyond. And as the largest timed cycle race in the world, it is attended by thousands of fans, supporters and those not fit enough to actually cycle it.Thus, the 5FM (cycling)5 “dream team” has decided to take up the challenge and participate in the Cycle Tour this year. The team consists of 9 5FM DJs and 15 listeners! The DJs taking part this year are – Owen Hannie, Grant Nash, Anele Mdoda, Poppy Ntshongwana, Catherine Grenfell, Rob Vember, Milkshake and Dineo Lusenga.

5FM will be cycling in support of the Chaeli Campaign – make sure you tune into 5FM to hear all about this. The team will also be riding in 5FM branded kits, so please do cheer and clap when you see one of them riding past you!

5FM will also be throwing the “The Official 5FM Cycle Tour Afterparty” at La Med featuring the “My House” live broadcast from 7-10pm with Roger Goode. Be there!
